Overall, this final piece, or next prototype, is very similar to the last one in shape with more detail and texture added. Most feedback on the prototype was about adding some details so I focused on that in this version. This was my intense system of cutting up, unrolling, tabbing and prepping for print. I can't get over how good this paper looks, especially with the scoring looking like stitching. Most of the peer feedback I got regarding this was around details and maybe some context. I ended up adding different shapes for the LEDs, very basic shapes, to connect back to early childhood play and learning. You know, matching the shaped blocks to the shaped holes.
